Harbourside Fitness & Boot Camp Sydney’s Head Trainer Matt Anderson is known as one of Sydney’s most elite Boxing4Fitness trainers, voted the first ever PUNCH Australia Personal Trainer of the month.

Matt is also a Health & Fitness industry Active Lifestyle Presenter and has held National Level Corporate Fitness, Boxing & Well-Being Workshops for such clients as KPMG, HSBC, Coca Cola Asia Pacific, Medtronic, Abi Group and GLAXOSMITHKLENE.

Boxing4Fitness is based on traditional boxing training, combined with new age cardio based boxing drills deigned purely for fitness, endurance and hard, fun fitness.

You will be taught proven, safe and effective pad holding skills, punching technique, foot work drills and learn how to use a range of boxing equipment such as medicine balls, skipping ropes, boxing bags, round shields, speed & agility equipment as well as the newest and latest PUNCHFIT GX training system.

Harbourside Trainers are PUNCHFIT certified and use training outlines and course structures from our association with PUNCH EQUIPMENT AUSTRALIA; we use and recommend only www.punchequipment.com products, the Harbourside Fitness studio at North Sydney has a retail shop with PUNCH PRODUCTS for sale.

The Harbourside Fitness Boxing4Fitness program is run as a “$200 for twice a week for 6 week block” and Matt offers groups across Sydney provided there are a min 4 people –so if you have a group of friends wanting a boxing blast feel free to contact matt@harboursidefitness.com.au anytime.
