Boot Camp Balmoral Beach (coming Sept 2009) Balmoral Beach is historically the birth place of outdoor fitness and One of the first locations where Boot Camp style fitness took place, it is here where we see on a daily basis both Army and Navy squads training with their Boot Camp captains from HMAS Penguin. Harbourside Fitness head trainers Matt Anderson & Andrew Fisher both started their fitness careers along the foreshore of Balmoral Beach way back in 2003 and the Harbourside Fitness team all regard Balmoral as their favourite Personal training & outdoor group fitness destination. Boot Camp Balmoral Beach will begin in Spring 2009 and Harbourside Fitness aim at offering a holistic and respective option to other noisy, military style programs held along Balmoral Beach. Boot Camp Balmoral Beach will offer a holistic and balanced hard, fun, fitness option to outdoor exercisers in the local area without the camo gear and screaming. Boot Camp Balmoral Beach will also incorporate elements of swimming training, kayaking and cross fit fitness training such as kettle bells, pump bars and speed & agility training.
