The Royal Botanic Gardens & the Domain Sydney are Sydney’s’ Number 1 outdoor recreation, Corporate fitness and lunchtime sporting venue, daily 1000’s of office workers run, walk, swim or box there way across the tranquil grounds as a way to get our the office and keep fit.

Harbourside Fitness & our Boot Camp Sydney CBD program are proud to be a Royal Botanic Gardens Trust, Licensed Personal Training Company.

Harbourside Fitness has been running Boot Camp, Personal Training & Corporate Fitness sessions in the Domain for over 8 years and we respect other patrons in the parklands as well as the Royal Botanic Gardens, the grounds and the environment.

Boot Camp Sydney CBD “Lunch Camp” is run as 45 min sessions allowing you plenty of time to get back to work, shower and have a bite to eat.

The sessions are mix of cardio based boxing, resistance training both free weight and body weight as well as outdoor circuits, military drills and fun fitness activities and drill, and of course a blast to your abs, butts & thighs.

Boot Camp Sydney CBD “Lunch Camp” guarantees to send you back to the office feeling invigorated.

Boot Camp Sydney CBD “Dusk Camp” is our end of the day “stress release program” and lets you loosen up, work out & forget about work before going home.

Boot Camp Sydney CBD “Dusk Camp” meets at the top of Woolloomooloo stairs North side of Art Gallery and is well lit for night training making training safe and fun, there is also a lit balcony just opposite to hide from light showers or rain.

Both Harbourside Fitness Boot Camp Sydney CBD courses have an amazing variety of participants, with all different fitness levels and goals, the trainers all say these sessions are their favourite session to train thanks to the variety the Royal Botanic Gardens offer, the amazing views and the fantastic Boot Cap participants.
